VALE — A Sunday morning fire destroyed the main building of WoodMill Winery.


An emergency call came in as a fire alarm for 1350 WoodMill Winery Ln. Units arrived on scene with a fully involved structure.


According to reports, employees said it started in the basement where the wine is kept.


Clayton Campbell, with State Line News and Scanner spoke with a fire official at the scene who confirmed it possibly did start in basement.


The winery does not open until the afternoon on Sundays; there were no reports of any injuries.


This is a developing news story.
