A shooting ended with one arrested and one hospitalized yesterday afternoon.

On Monday, March 9, The Shelby Police Department responded to a reported shooting at the 800 block of Logan Street at 3:55 p.m.

In a statement released by Shelby Police Chief Brad Fraser, it stated, “Upon arrival, officers discovered an individual had been shot and already transported to the local hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.”

Miller was arrested on-scene and is currently being held in the Cleveland County Detention Center.
