Shelby PD seeks assistance locating missing person

The Shelby Police Department released information on a missing woman who suffers from schizophrenia.
Patricia Ann Wiggs last known contact was with her daughter on July 31, according to police reports.
Wiggs is 5, 4” tall, and weighs approximately 204 lbs.
Reports indicated she took her suitcase, burgundy in color, and has not taking her medications.
In a statement released by SPD, it stated, “Patricia may be headed to New Jersey, but no family member has seen her there.”
