From landscapes to portraiture, artists Kenny and Austin Walker depict local places, people, and things with both pencil and paint. This collection of work spans from the early development of each artist up to their latest pieces. Working in similar styles, both artists seek to create work that is aesthetically pleasing.

Austin graduated from Milligan University in 2024 with a degree in graphic design and currently teaches art at Lincolnton High School in Lincolnton, N.C.

Kenny recently retired from teaching full time, after spending 15 years at Shelby High School. He now works part time as an art teacher for Spartanburg Community College in Spartanburg, S.C.

The Walkers live in Upper Cleveland, in Casar. The Cleveland County Arts Council hopes everyone will join them in supporting artists from across the county and celebrating their contributions to the local arts and beyond.
